What the therapist does not do

The therapy will not be excessively painful.
The therapist will not give you any medication or injections (this is part of the general practitioner’s management). The therapist will contact the referring doctor if additional medication is required.
The therapy will not exclusively content manual therapy techniques. Self management exercises and pain management strategies may be discussed and implemented.
